Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Appointment Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.

Clients who do not arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice may be charged a $25 no-show fee.

Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may require prepayment or a credit card on file before scheduling future appointments.

If you arrive late, your service may need to be shortened to avoid delaying the next scheduled appointment.

If there is insufficient time to safely complete your treatment, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and the cancellation policy may apply.

Appointment reminders are provided as a courtesy. Failure to receive a reminder does not waive the cancellation policy.

We understand unexpected emergencies occur. Exceptions may be made at the discretion of Phases Esthetics.
